Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I performed work for an employer, of course, anticipating to receive payment on agreed upon dates. When the first payday past, I was told that I would receive cash, within the next few days. I did continue to work for another pay cycle, only to fnd myself in the hole those two pay cycles. Under Georgia laws, what recourse do I have against this employer. I've prepared a demand for my final check and researched the corp on the SOS site.

Report them to the state department of labor and sue them in small claims court. And obviously, stop working for them.
