Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

So I got a personal assisstant job to mail, ship, and deliver packages for my boss. He lives in Germany. He also said I could open all the packages to see the content. Only reason I'm scared is what if I ship something sketchy? Will I get in trouble?
