personal vehicle advertising

Does my employer have the right to ''force'' me to place a magnetic sign on my personal vehicle with the company's name and number on it? I do get paid mileage for my services.

We do not know the terms of your employment. It is unlikely the employer can "force" you to do so. However, the employer may prefer to replace you with someone who will.
