Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Photographing without consent

can an employer photograph me without my knowledge or consent and then use it in a manner as to reprimand me? we were unknowingly photographed by another employee while we were talking in a group and then the picture was taken to our warehouse director. we were called into the office and reprimanded. this was the first and only time I have had this kind of action taken against me for ''not doing my job''.
