Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
Photographing without consent
can an employer photograph me without my knowledge or consent and then use it in a manner as to reprimand me? we were unknowingly photographed by another employee while we were talking in a group and then the picture was taken to our warehouse director. we were called into the office and reprimanded. this was the first and only time I have had this kind of action taken against me for ''not doing my job''.

Re: Photographing without consent
The courts have become more than a little tolerant in concluding that an employee has no "expectation of privacy" at work. To use your photo or video as a basis of demonstrating that you are not performing your duties as required is almost certainly an action they can defend.
