Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
previous employer accusing of destroying files, company property and electronic sabotage. She says damages are in excess of $30,000. I deleted names from a calendar I was using for my own resources until caught up. After caught up there re other reports that can be pulled for same info. Also accused of destroying a paper I made scratch notes on that had password and login info on which another employee read info off of proving they had the paper. What can she do to me?
