Qualified Candidate told not qualified
Work for State Govmt. State Govmt has merit system. Applied for job and told that i am not qualified, yet merit system sent letter stating that i was qualified. Job listed special qualification section on job requirements that i was also qualified for. This is not the first time i have had problems with these same managers. Can i sue? sick of this type of treatment. please help.....

You can always file suit if you think you have a valid claim. I would advise hiring local counsel to investigate your claim and then file suit if proper.
