Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

My question is If an employer does not pay on-time, what neccessary actions needs to take.

I'm working as a Consultant on a project. My payment is based on time hourly basis ($34 per hour). I submitted my timesheet hours to my employer vendor on time and my employer vendor submitted the time to my clients vendor. Client Vendor released and approved the payment to my employer vendor. But I am not receiving my payment/paystub (W2) on time from my employer.

I got my May 15 - June 11, 2010 paystub (W2) on July 29, 2010 i.e for 32 hrs.

But still I have not received payment for June 14 - July 14 i.e for 232 hrs.

My Employer is based at Atlanta, GA and Employer Vendor is also based at Atlanta, GA.

Please advise and let me know what necessary action needs to take so that payment can be done on time from Employer vendor.

Number one: Quit if you aren't being paid. It's foolish to work for someone who can't or won't pay you.

Number two: Sue in small claims court (Magistrates Court) if they don't pay what you are due.
