Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I recently began working for a company as a salaried employee. I telecommute and the employer is based in Atlanta. The payday was Friday, Feb. 5. My pay check was postmarked Monday, Feb. 8. If local employees get their check on Friday the 5th, do I have the right to get paid on the same day even though I work in another state? The employer does not yet do direct deposit.
