Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
i recently signed a severance agreement with my employer. It will be 1 month this Friday and I have not received my severance check yet. I have requested a status update on the check from the HR manager 3 days ago and have yet to get an update. Is there a timeframe of when the employer is required to send the employee their severance check?
