Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I recently submitted a resignation on my job. The reason was for transportation issue. The terms of the resignation was to work or ten days from date of notification. My employer immediately told me to leave and not to return to finish the remaining ten days. In the state o Georgia would that be considered a termination?

From your post, you resigned. There is no general right to resign, and then try to dictate the terms or how much longer you work. It is up to the employer whether or not they want you to keep working beyond that minute. Whether they do or do not does not change the fact that you resigned.
