Recording Conversations

Is it legal for a person in an office setting to record the conversations of others without their knowledge and use it against them to file a grievance with human resources?

In Georgia, one party to the conversation can generally record it without the knowledge of the other parties. How it is used in a company is generally a matter to be resolved in the company.
