Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Is there recourse for an individual fired the day before annual reviews are distributed and two days before bonus checks are deposited and denied both the bonus (which is derived from a formula), and access to review documentation.

Extra context: Fortune 50 corporation and review documentation submitted 3 month prior. Mature documentation system that is probably has logged modifications.

Absent a contract (or possibly company policies that provide contractual rights), employment in GA is at will and can be terminated at any time. There are few exceptions for illegal discrimination.
