Reemployment Rights

I recently voluntarily resigned my position for personal reasons. I found out that my ex-employer has tagged my record as ineligible for rehire. Is this legal?

Is it "legal" for them to not want to rehire you? Yes, just as "legal" as you deciding to resign. I am not sure of your basis for thinking otherwise.
