Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

refusing to pay commission

I'm employed at a bank and get compensated by draw against commission as a loan officer. I have been told we will not get compensated for loans that do not meet compliance even though we have not been properly trained and they have not provided us the proper forms. Is this legal practice
