Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Reimbursing a Previous employer

I formally worked for a smaller company that was not very personnel business saavy. I left the company, and they continued to pay me as an employee for another month and half. Would it be legal, if we agreed to have the salary added to my earnings and I not pay them back for their error.
