Retro Pay Cut
I quit a job and did not receive my final paycheck until almost 3 months after my last day. I received it only after repeated requests. Also, when I got the check, the company only paid my $5.15 an hour for that pay period, however my salary was $75K per year (salaried). What recourse do I have?

You would need to file suit (or threaten to) for the unpaid amounts. Speak with a local attorney who can better asses your situation.
