Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
what rights do employees have when the Company President create a hostile enviroment where he's all in your face using profanity and calling you fucking stupid, also trying to intimidate you by threaten your job. When you stand-up to him saying you will not talk to me like that, but in the same manner in which he's talking, he then wants to fire you, is there some law to protect employee from this verbal abuse?

If he is discriminating through such behavior against an employee because of race, gender, national origin or the like, then there is a potential claim for employment discrimination (e.g. he only curses women). There is not a general duty of an employer to be nice.
