Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
Im currently out on Short term due to job stress. ST time expires 5/20, my shrink says no to going back in May can I be let go if I return on 5/20 or even if I file for long term? State of Georgia

You don't provide the relevant facts. If you qualify for FMLA, you can take unpaid leave up to 12 weeks. Otherwise, absent a contract, there is no general entitlement or legal right to any employment at all, and certainly not when the individual is not actually working. If there are facts to support you not being terminated when you can't actually work, you have not told us.
