Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I signed a non compete agreement with Company A in 1997. In 2004 I left to work for company B. Less than a year later I returned to Company A. I did not sign another non compete agreement. Can they enforce the one I signed the first time I worked for them?

Yes, but only in accordance with the terms of the agreement you signed in 1997.
