Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I have a situation that happened to me at work. A "queen of drama", that is always starting trouble, tried starting some with me. She is known for "going off" on people, so I didn't confront her at work, I merely wrote her an email on her facebook, and told her to leave me alone, I didn't want to be involved in her drama. A month later she did it again, so I wrote her another email, stating the same. Next thing I know she has supposedly copied the emails, took them to HR and my supervisor and told them I am intimidating her, she doesn't feel she can ask me for help at work. This lady has never in 4 years ask for my help at work. The sup wrote me up, that was all he said, this was in Nov. Now she has been involved in some other violent drama type things (cutting someone's tires) and I tried to tell him, he was wrong, that this lady was no way intimidated by me. Now he is saying I was written up for harassment. If I had known this I wouldn't have signed it in the first place. I am very angry as I have never been written up in my life, for anything, and I am 48 yrs old. Is there anything I can do about this?
Thanks for your help
Thomas

You have work/boss/co-worker complaints, not legal issues, unless there is more to the story. I will add that emailing or posting on Facebook is rarely going to be a good move in these situations.
