Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
My son apply for a job they told him he had the job they send emails telling him he had the job. He does not do drugs and has nothing to hide. We'll the drug test came back diluted. They had him to take another one it came back diluted. They told him they were not going to hire him because of that he told them he would have a blood test for them they would not do that. They told him they might reconsider if he when to a doctor to fine out why it came back diluted. He when to a doctor had test done well come to find out he has a contrition called diabetes insipidus .. You can look it up and see what it is. What should he do ?

He should take care of himself and keep applying for jobs. He has no legal entitlement to the job you mention so he should stop spinning wheels on it. I am not sure what you expect the responses to be?
