Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I started working at a bank in 2005. At that time, tattoos were not against the dress code. I have had a tattoo bracelet of roses around my right wrist for 19 years. Since my hiring, they have amended the dress code so that it states that all visible tattoos must be covered. Since I was hired before this change and with my tattoo, can they legally force me to cover it?

You don't have a legal issue. Your employer is not a government, and you are not "grandfathered in" changing laws. You are not immune from any policy changes after your hire date. Further, in Georgia they could terminate all employees with tattoos (though most employers would certainly not take that step). In short, your employer has rules so to work there you must follow them.
