can you sued a company for firing you for missing three days but you have a excuse and documents saying why i could be at work

No one here knows the facts and you did not provide them. However, employment in GA is "at will" and an employee can be terminated for any or no reason (with very few exceptions, such as discrimination not raised in your post). Not appearing at work, with or without an "excuse," is generally reason enough. Again, we do not know if other facts are relevant. Your "excuse" may benefit you in seeking unemployment compensation should it be contested by your employer.
