Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I was suspended indefinitely by my employer for reporting verbal abuse by another employee. I have not been on the job 90 days and nothing happened to the employee who verbally abused me. Do I have any rights?

All we know is there was a dispute, and maybe the employer took the other person's side. That does not raise a legal issue without many more facts. There is no law that the employer take your side, or take the same action for all employees, if that is what you are asking.
