Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I have been suspended from work for almost two months from kroger. I am fresh out of high school. There was no union rep in the room when i was suspended. They keep pushing me off and have now told someone else to tell me i was declined and to file for unemployment and get ready for arbitration. I have tried everything I know how to do. I just need some help. I know they have been doing things wrong.

Since you failed to even tell us anything about your suspension, no one can give you a meaningful response. No one knows what union contract provisions apply, and what they say. You claim they are "doing things wrong," but failed to provide a single fact about that. If you want a response, you need to post clear & concise facts and a clear specific question.
