Suspension without pay
Can an employer suspend an employee (for two weeks without pay) for being late twice? No written warning, no employee handbook issued, no opportunity to challenge the decision.

Re: Suspension without pay
At-will employees can generally be terminated for being late one time (or for no reason at all). There is no general entitlement to a job. Given that, a suspension is a lesser evil.
