Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I turned an employee in for misconduct and they were terminated. My employer then threatened me with changes in my employment as a results. Can they do that?

You fail to state the terms of any contract that guarantees you a job for a certain period of time. There is no general legal right to any employment at all.
