Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

unfair wage change

My husband's drive time has been changed from his hourly salary to the states minimum wage of 5.85. If he is driving in other states where the minumum wage is higher, isnt he intitled to be paid the higher wage while in the other states? Thank you

Re: unfair wage change

You provide no facts or details as to what "drive time" and driving in other states" mean, or what your husband's job is. That said, driving (or flying) across a state line while on business does not make a person an employee of a business in that state.
