What can I do to have my employer pay me the full amount of wages she owes me.

If you can't work it out with your employer, have an attorney write a demand letter and/or file a claim in small claims (magistrate) court. If you are owed more than $15,000.00, hire and attorney to file the claim for you in state or superior court.
