Unpaid wages

I worked for a movie theater in Georgia. In the middle of September I took my two week paid vacation. The problem is that it's now October 10 and I have still not received my check. Is there anything I can do legally. I have contacted the corporate office and all I'm being told is that it's being reviewed and they don't know when I will receive my pay. Any information you can give me will be greatly appreciated

If you want to push the issue, the Georgia Dept. of Labor may be able to assies. However, the real issue is whether it is worth it to push it now, or be patient for a couple more weeks. Going to the DOL, or outside agency, may not bode well for your future employment.
