Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I have voluntarily deferred my salary over the past two years to the tune of $35K with the promise of something in writing stating I am owed that or a portion of the company. She may decide to close the company do I have any recourse?

No one here has seen the written document that did that, but I am sure that with that much at stake you saw an attorney to be sure that the money was being escrowed in a way that would protect you. See the lawyer who represented you to evaluate your options as he'll be familiar with the terms.
