Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

does that at will law mean you can be accused?

i have worked for five years for a company and have never had a problem. i am a sales department(pending an investigation) supervisor and my inventory is coming up short. i do not have active control over the inventory and i am not taking the product home with me yet my employer is suspending me pending termination. what are my legal rights as i think the only reason they are moving me out is because i am a minority
