Fight what? You merely say that you do not agree with their decision. People who are terminated often disagree. Employment is generally "at will" and can be terminated for any reason or no reason (with very few exceptions not raised by your facts). Similarly, an employee can generally quit at any time. You provide no facts whatsoever to indicate you have a claim. We can't speculate whether there is more to the story.
