Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Work Completed

I was contracted to do a job for a certain price and was paid for that job. The president of the baseball organization applied for a matching grant and was denied. He requested part of the contracted price back. I have refused and they say they are going to have me arrested. Whose at fault?

It is very doubtful that they could have you arrested, but that is outside my scope of expertise. Regarding the contract, if you held up your end fully, you are not at they have no legal claim.
