Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I work for a private company and we work on production our base pay is 8.20 at first I was getting 7.37 because the the production time was not enough time so we was told they was going to fix them then they started paying us base pay so now we can make nothing but 8.20 a hour now they saying the time on the tickets right I don't think that's fair just a way they can save money

Your post (one long sentence) makes little sense other than the fact that you seem to be complaining about your pay and you make $8.20 an hour. Unless you have a contract, you are entitled to the minimum wage of $7.25 an hour. It appears you make more than that, so you don't have a legal issue. Not making what you think is "fair" is not a legal issue.
