Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I work at Publix, and I have this Customer Service Assistant Manager who only picks on me and nobody else. I have gone to my store manager but he does not listen, and corporate office about it but my store manager did not do anything. I just do not appreciate being picked on while I am at work. I am just at work to do my job and go home not to be picked on. Also, I write everything down that is said between her and I when she picks on me. My question is, If this does not stop, What can I do?

You want us to guess what "picks on" means. How are we supposed to know? A lot of employees think they are picked on by their boss.
