Do I have to provide my personal cell phone number to all of the employees at my job? My boss at a moving company wants me to give my cell number so the drivers can call me on Sundays if they have questions. I do not want to give my number to some of these guys because they already ''hit on'' me in the office and i don't want them to have access to my home.

That is an issue between you and your employer - not a legal issue.
