Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I work in sales in Georgia and my company doesn't want to pay commissions on my sales after my date of termination. Is there a legal remedy for me to collect the payment that I feel that I am owed?

You should first look at your contract to see if there are any specific terms that govern termination and commissions. If the contract is silent, you may have grounds for a breach of contract claim.
