Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I work for a school system in Georgia. Due to budget cuts they are saying we will have furloughs and/or pay cuts along with Possibly Equitable salary adjustments. Are they legally able to do all of the above at the same time? And are they legally able to cut my pay the same amount as someone else who gets $30,000 more than I do?
