Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

i work for the state og georgia, i have certain issues with back problems, i have a medical statement that say's i can not travel over 25 miles one way a day, and not over 40 hours a week. my emplorer at times makes me travel over the limit and over 40 hours at times. have they violated my medical statement. the state excepted the statement on 11/15/2010. i can not keep this up, can i ask them for a different job in the agency and in the same office.
