Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I work for Walmart and about 5 weeks ago they asked if I wanted to Hartwell Georgia for a remodel of the store and be a supervisor. I agreed, Ive been here for 3 weeks and today the store manager of the Hartwell location came to me and said he'd been talking to my store manager and I'd been chosen to go to a different remodel. He asked if I agreed, I said "No, I really like it here and want to finish this one first" he replied with "Well what if you don't have a choice?" I replied with "Well if I don't have s choice I guess I don't have a choice, but I don't want to go, I want to stay here"

Then he says to me "Alright report there (the new location) on Monday" I think I should have a choice, I'm from the location in Gainesville and agreed upon the new Hartwell location, not the now current elberton location. Is there anything I can do to stay at the Hartwell location since I never agreed upon the elberton location?

I am not sure why you think you should be able to dictate the terms of your employment, since you do not mention a contract giving you that right. There is no general right to employment at all. You may have not agreed to go to another location, but the employer has probably not agreed to maintain your employment if you do not want to work where they have asked you to work. In short, they are the boss - not you.
