Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I worked for BILO, a company that knew it was against company policy for a relative to be my superior, yet they let me work for my father for four years up until an office employee was caught stealing and me fired. Said employee emailed human resources, ending in me losing my job, and given a job with little to no hours. Is it possible to have a case against the company for neglect or hostile work enviroment, or against the employee for harassment, I feel like I have been greatly wronged also Mcdonalds refused me employment stating "last employee your height had back problems." I'm only 22 and I even told them I had no medical history of back problems. Hopefully this better describes my situation.

From your post (which is far from clear), you got a benefit for 4 years from the company not following its policy. How is that a "hostile work environment" or "neglect?" You don't even tell us what was in the email or exactly why you were fired. How did the other employ harass you by sending an email? As far as your height, no there is no protection from being discriminated against because of height (though, again, your post is unclear on whether you were too tall, too short).
