i worked for a contractor in oct 2009 an he decided not to pay me for 2 weeks of work.i have incured late fees on many bills due to him not giving me my money. what can i do legaly to get my money from this guy.

He's not liable for your late fees. You can sue him in Magistrates (Small Claims) court.
