Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Worked but didn't get paid

If an employee works for an employer and forgot to clock in on two occasions during the pay period, but the employer knows the employee worked, and the payroll clerk made the correction/adjustment to show the employee actual hours worked. Is it legal for the owner/employer to dock the employee for those two days plus the employee's overtime, and say they will not pay the employee even though they were seen at work each day during the pay period?
