Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

i worked @the #1 Papa Johns in america on ga tech campus. i lost my job on x-mas eve for fighting an employee outside in the front of the store. it was self defense she hit me 1st. the general mng put it n the system as a voluntary quit. i made him change it because i didnt quit i was terminated and i feel wrongfully so. i was off the clock not n uniform coming 2 pick up my check which happened 2 not be there yet

Do you have a question? Why do you think you were "wrongfully" terminated? Certainly, fighting in the parking lot will get a lot of people terminated. A uniform and being "off the clock" have nothing to do with it. An employer is also not a judge - they don't have to be concerned with who started it or who acted in self defense. They don't have to put up with any fighting employees. It isn't high school.
