Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

working out of class

I work for a public library as a Clerk Specialist. For 3 hours each day I am scheduled to perform the same duties as Librarians who have a master's degree while they attend other matters. Since I can not apply for the position as I do not ''qualify'' am I entitled to any additional compensation for working a higher level position. Thank-you

Re: working out of class

No. Unless there is a specific contract or local policy that states that. You are entitled to the salary and nenefits you agreed to take when you were hired.
