Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Is this worth pursuing

I am aware that GA is an ''At Will'' work state. However, I'm not an atty., therefore, seeking some advice... I've been working with a company, just shy of a year. I started as an Asst. Branch Mgr./Office Mgr. After a little over 8 months, my original BM that hired me, another BM and time without I was offered the Branch Mgr. (BM) position. Initially, the verbal offer was 90 days then revisit afterwards. Within 3 wks., it was decided that I would remain the BM and hire someone to take my org position. That was done. It has been 8 wks, since her hire. Fri., the owner came into the ofc and informed that I am fired because my sales for the last 2 wks were at a low. There was no prior warning, or meeting regarding the issue. I was asked for my keys and their prop., which I promptly turned over. Also, I didn't receive any separation notice or final pay.

From your post, you were terminated for performance so I am not sure what you think you might be able to pursue? Certainly, you should get your last paycheck.
