If i was wrongfully accused of something at work, then arrested for processing and let go, then 1 year later my case was dismissed in court, can i sue against my employer?

Sue for what? We do not know the evidence the employer had, among other facts. Many cases are dismissed for reasons other than the innocence of the person.
