Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I am over 65 and my landlord keeps raising my rent. This time it is going up $50.00 per month. Are there any laws that will prevent the landlord from raising the rent any higher?

No, and there are no laws requiring a tenant to stay in an apartment when they dont like the lease rate. Citizens here are given the freedom to contract.
