Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
If 2 people own a piece of land, and 1 owner writes a lease for a 3rd person for hunting rights and owner 2 has no knowledge, isn't lease invalid? Doesn't both owners have to agree?

No, one owner may lease the property unless there is some agreement or deed in place that requires mutual consent.
